Arthur Herbert was appointed in 2019 to represent the 5th District in the Montevallo City Council, which includes the neighborhoods of Ammersee Lakes, Arden, Heritage Trace, Hidden Valley, Lexington Parc, parts of Meadowgreen, Patriot Point, Spring Creek Road, Wilson’s Hill, and the Winsletts.
